Most players improve in bursts, then plateau. Rarely for lack of hours played: for lack of a reference point.
Deathmatches with no goal
You grind game after game without knowing what's improving or what's holding you back.
Hundreds of scenarios
Aim trainers offer endless options. Hard to tell which ones actually matter for you.
A rank that blends everything
Your Valorant rank also depends on game sense, utility and your team. It can't tell you whether your aim is improving.
EsportManager isolates your aim, measures it, and tells you what to work on next.
A one-week loop.
Measure, train, check. Then start again with fresh numbers.
1
Measure your aim
Every week
Play the Voltaic x KovaaK's scenarios for your level and enter your scores. You get an energy score for each subcategory and an overall rank.
2
Train your weak spots
Every day
20-minute KovaaK's sessions focused on your weakest subcategories, then Valorant deathmatches to carry it into the game.
3
Check it in matches
Week after week
Your history compares benchmarks week over week, and your Valorant match stats show whether the progress holds up in real games.
The next week, a new benchmark updates your routine.
Everything lives in your dashboard.
Five tools built to work together, from your first benchmark to your next ranked game.
Voltaic x KovaaK's benchmark
Up to 8 aim subcategories (clicking, tracking, switching, strafing) across 3 levels. A subcategory’s energy is the average of its scenarios; your overall energy combines them, with the weakest weighing the most.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The benchmark, routine, history and Valorant stats are free. Only the Sensitivity Finder uses tokens: you get 25 when you create your account, and a test costs 5.
What level do I need to start?
None. Everyone starts at Novice (Iron to Gold). Reach the last rank of a level and the next one unlocks: Intermediate (Platinum to Master), then Advanced (Grandmaster to Celestial).
Do I need KovaaK's?
For the benchmark and the routine, yes: you play the scenarios in KovaaK's on PC, then enter your scores here. The Sensitivity Finder and Valorant stats work without it.
Does it work on mobile?
The dashboard does: you can follow your routine and progress from your phone. The benchmark is played on PC, and the Sensitivity Finder needs a mouse.
What data do you collect?
Your Google profile (name, email, photo), your benchmark scores, routine progress and sensitivity tests. If you add your Riot ID, your public match stats are fetched. You can delete your account and its data from your profile. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Is EsportManager affiliated with Riot Games?
No. It's an independent project, not endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games.
