This page explains what data EsportManager processes when you use the site, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

Who's responsible

EsportManager is an independent project. Its publisher is the controller for the data described here. EsportManager is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.

Data we collect

Only what your training tracking needs:

  • Google account: your name, email address, profile picture and a technical identifier, sent by Google when you sign in.
  • Profile: the nickname and picture you choose, your Riot ID and region if you add them, your DPI and sensitivity.
  • Training: your benchmark scores, the computed energy and ranks, your chosen intensity, your daily routine progress and your streak.
  • Sensitivity tests: your DPI, the sensitivities tested and the measurements from each test (accuracy, reaction time, path, consistency).
  • Valorant stats: if you add your Riot ID, your competitive rank and a summary of your latest ranked matches (agent, map, kills, accuracy, damage). This is public data, cached to limit requests.
  • Tokens: your balance and a log of how they were spent.

The site uses no advertising, no audience measurement and no tracking cookies. Your browser only keeps your sign-in session (Firebase) and your chosen language.

Why we use it

Only to provide the service you ask for when you create an account: identify you, compute your ranks and routine, show your history and stats. The legal basis is the performance of this service (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). Your data is never sold or used for advertising or commercial profiling.

Who can access it

Within the site, only you can see your data. To run, EsportManager relies on these providers:

  • Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC): Google sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and storage of your data (Cloud Firestore).
  • Henrik Dev API: an unofficial third-party service that relays public Valorant data. It receives your Riot ID when your stats are refreshed.
  • The site host: receives the technical details of each request (IP address, browser) to serve the pages.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. The cache of your Valorant stats is replaced on every refresh. When you delete your account, your data is erased from the database and your sign-in account is deleted.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its processing and receive it in a readable format.

You can edit your profile at any time, and delete your account with all its data from your profile, in the dashboard.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

Minimum age

EsportManager is for people aged 15 and over: in France, that is the age at which you can consent on your own to the processing of your data online. If you're under 15, don't create an account.

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Database access rules keep your data restricted to your account, and your token balance can only be changed by the server.

Changes
